Priority shipping methods are selected such as Toll IPEC, Fastway or StarTrack Express. For all orders, we will use “best method” and may use different carriers.

All orders will be processed & shipped within 1-3 business days. Overnight orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. AEST in order to guarantee same day shipping. Most orders placed before 1:00 pm AEST Monday – Friday will be shipped on the same day or the next business day.
Dr. Smoothie Australia is closed on weekends and we observe NSW public holidays.
When checking out, please provide any details or special requests in the order notes fields. This information will help assist our warehouse team with fulfilling your order. For special arrangements or if you need to expedite a shipment , please contact our Customer Service Department.
Dr. Smoothie products, under certain circumstances, can be returned under the following conditions:
→ Product must be returned prior to 14 days from the invoice date.
→ A RMA (returned merchandise authorization) must be approved by customer service.
→ The customer will be charged for all shipping charges to your location and back from your location, plus a 10% restocking fee.
→ The product is also subject to being checked for freshness, damage, etc... once received back in our warehouse.
→ The net credit will be calculated & applied to your next order, or refunded.
